Welcome to Sacred Flow Funding LLC (“Sacred Flow Funding,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, programs, consulting services, and software tools (collectively, the “Services”).

By using or accessing any part of our Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional agreements or order forms that apply. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to your use of:

Our websites and subdomains, including sacredflowfunding.com and any connected landing pages or partner portals;

Any educational content, consulting services, funding assistance, or community events we provide; and

Any technology, software, or partner systems we make available as part of your experience.

The Services are intended for individuals 18 years or older residing in the United States.

2) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Effective Date” above.
Continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

3) Relationship; Not a Lender or Broker

Sacred Flow Funding provides business funding consulting, education, software tools, and partner referrals to help entrepreneurs and business owners obtain funding.

We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, and do not act as a broker of record.
All funding decisions are made exclusively by third-party financial institutions or partners.

You are solely responsible for your use of any capital obtained and for compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to FCRA, GLBA, Reg Z, and consumer protection laws.

4) Accounts & Security

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

We may require multi-factor authentication or password resets for security purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

5) Software & License

If you access any proprietary platforms, dashboards, or SaaS products through Sacred Flow Funding or its partners, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such tools solely for your internal business purposes.

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the software;

Circumvent security or access controls;

Resell, sublicense, or share the software without written authorization.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features as needed and do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with all third-party tools.

6) Partner & Affiliate Programs

Approved partners may gain access to a Partner Dashboard showing limited data related to their referred clients (e.g., client name, email, application status, and funding outcomes).

Confidentiality & Data Use

Partners must keep all client data confidential and use it solely for the purpose of accurate referral tracking and commission reporting.

Partners may not download, disclose, or reuse client information outside the approved referral process.

Partners must comply with applicable communication laws, including TCPA (calls/texts) and CAN-SPAM (email).

Commissions & Payouts

Commissions are paid on a biweekly basis (or as otherwise specified in your partner agreement).

Payouts may be managed through a third-party payment platform such as Everee.

Commissions may be adjusted, delayed, or reversed in cases of refunds, clawbacks, chargebacks, fraud, or administrative errors.

Partner participation is also governed by the Sacred Flow Partner Agreement (if applicable). In case of conflict, the signed Partner Agreement controls.

7) Fees, Billing, Refunds & Chargebacks

Fees are due as stated at purchase or in your order form.

You authorize Sacred Flow Funding and our processors (e.g., Stripe, NMI, Everee) to charge your payment method.

All sales are final once services are delivered or software access is granted.

Refunds may be issued only if a third-party lender rescinds an offer after a confirmed approval, and documentation is provided.

Initiating unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of services and collection of outstanding balances.

8) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

Violate any law or third-party rights;

Misrepresent identity or financial information;

Interfere with security, integrity, or service availability;

Upload malware or malicious code;

Publish misleading or deceptive claims (e.g., “guaranteed approval”).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any prohibited conduct.

9) Privacy & Communications

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive transactional emails, texts, or calls related to your account or funding process (standard message/data rates may apply).

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or unsubscribing via email.

10) Intellectual Property

All Sacred Flow Funding content — including websites, tools, videos, logos, and materials — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws.

You may access and use our materials solely for your own business purposes, not for redistribution or resale.

If you submit testimonials, reviews, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content in connection with our Services and promotions.

11) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee approval, funding amounts, or specific results.
All information is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Sacred Flow Funding and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us within the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no payments were made.

13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.

Both parties waive the right to participate in any class action or class-wide proceeding.

Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of written notice.

14) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for:

Non-payment;

Fraudulent activity;

Violation of these Terms; or

Any conduct that poses risk to other users or our systems.

Upon termination, your license to use our Services ceases immediately. Sections regarding Fees, IP, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law will survive termination.

15) Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms such as payment processors, CRM systems, or funding partners.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

16) Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy represent the full agreement between you and Sacred Flow Funding.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our written consent.

Severability: If any part is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
